  Faithful: Steadfastness During Trying Times

  What would you do if you knew that “for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose” (Romans 8:28)? What would you do if you knew that God’s presence was always with you (Psalm 139)? As Christians, we know these statements are true, but often we fail to apply them in a concrete way. Each week of this series unpacks the story of a biblical character living “as if” God’s promises are actually true (and they are!).

    Abraham showed his faith in obedience to God, even when he didn’t know what the outcome would be. He trusted that God would keep his promises.
