  The Cloud

  We can either invest our time, money, and resources into the Kingdom of Heaven (the “Cloud”), or material possessions we accumulate on earth. This 4-week series on materialism, generosity, and schedule management communicates the importance of using our time and money to serve God, instead of the reverse—serving our time or money.

    The Cloud - Week 1

    We can either invest our money in items that will disappear, or store up treasures in heaven where they will last forever. We can only serve one master, not both God and money.

    The Cloud - Week 2

    Temporary things will not bring lasting happiness; only God can. Our greatest contentment is found in a right relationship with God.

    The Cloud - Week 3

    We keep our hearts in check by giving cheerfully. When we give to those in need, we are showing them the mercy God has shown us.

    Selfishness is at the heart of worldly materialism. We become more like Christ when we serve others selflessly like he did.
