Overview

We believe the church is the body of Christ on earth. The church’s job is to prepare all people for when Christ comes back and believers enter the kingdom of heaven. When we understand when and how Jesus built the church, it helps us do that job. This series looks at the early church's origin and life as described in the book of Acts.

Weekly Previews

Week 1

This week we will look at the very foundation of the church, according to Christ.

Week 2

This week we look at the transformative power of the Holy Spirit.

Week 3

This week we’ll focus on life in the community of early Christians.

Week 4

This week we focus on the boldness of the church in the face of opposition.

Week 5

This week we look at how there was human organization brought to the church without quenching the movement of the Spirit.

Week 6

This final week, we look once more at the mission of the church as it expands beyond Jerusalem.
